Cannes Grand Park G22, Cannes - a beautiful 2 room 32 sq.m. apartment on 3rd floor with lovely 13 sq.m. balcony facing west located in the new prestigeous area Cannes Grand Park with quick 3 km journey to the Croisette both by car and local bus.

The apartment is located in a new constructed compound with parking space across from the entrance door
The compound has two private pools surrounded by lots of patio space and gardens.
The Mimosa shopping centre and a large Casino supermarket are within 500 metres.

Description of the apartment:
This bright apartment, built 2007, which we manage for the Swedish owner, is in a quiet gated compound and has a fabulous view over the hills of the Esterel and the Alpes Maritimes.
The living room with exit to the balcony has a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs and other occasional furniture. A TV is provided. The west-facing balcony has a table and chairs and enjoys the sun all afternoon and evening. The sunsets are amazing. The open kitchen is tastefully fitted into the corner of the living room and is fully equipped - ceramic hob, warm air oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a generous supply of crockery/utensils etc.
There is one bedroom with exit door to the balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. Also available is ironing board and iron.
The apartment sleeps normally of 4 persons. There is a lift.
Airconditioning is installed

Payment: 25% with the reservation. The balance 75% to be paid latest 2 weeks in advance of arrival.

The rent is all inclusive of housecleaning upon departure, bedlinen, towels and credit card charges.

To get to the apartment from the airport in Nice, the easiest way is to take the bus, line 200 which costs ?1,30. Travel time is approximately one hour (check the timetable at www.rca.tm.fr). You then get of at the stop Gare routière in Cannes which is a combined bus and taxi station and is located nearby Hotel de Ville. From there the local bus line 10 (Pins Parasols par Mirandoles) will take you to the apartment (check the time table at www.busazur.com).
