604, Section H2, Avenue George Pompidou , Le Cannet - a beautiful 2 ½ room 41 sq.m. ground floor apartment with lovely 15 sq.m. terrace and small garden facing west located beside the Maillan sports stadium and the music/exhibition hall La Palestre and a quick 3 km journey to the Croisette both by car and local bus.

The apartment is located in a compound with parking space across from the entrance door
The compound has a private pool surrounded by lots of patio space and gardens.
The Mimosa shopping centre and a large Casino supermarket are within 600 metres.

Description of the apartment:
This bright apartment, built 2001, which we manage for the Swedish owner, is in a quiet gated compound and has a fabulous view over an idyllic man-made lake, the hills of the Esterel and the Alpes Maritimes.
The living room with exit to the terrace has two comfortable sofas, a dining table with 4 chairs and other occasional furniture. A TV is provided. The west-facing terrace has a table and chairs and an electric barbecue and enjoys the sun all afternoon and evening. The sunsets are amazing. The open kitchen is tastefully fitted into the corner of the living room and is fully equipped – ceramic hob, warm air oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a generous supply of crockery/utensils etc.
There is one bedroom with exit door to the terrace. There is also a sleep alcove with 2 beds. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. There is also a separate WC off the hall. Also available is ironing board and iron.
The apartment sleeps normally of 4 persons. In the living room there is a sofa bed with 2 extra beds. There is a lift.

Individual airconditioning in each of the living room and the bedroom.

Payment: 25% with the reservation. The balance 75% to be paid latest 2 weeks in advance of arrival.

The rent is all inclusive of housecleaning upon departure, bedlinen, towels and credit card charges.
